      <image:caption>This festival will represents an assortment of artisanal-new generation Panettone from the most famous “Maestri Pasticcieri Italiani” and will serve to distribute the Italian culinary expertise and culture of quality Panettone to NYC’s “foodie” community. The purpose of the initiative is to redefine the culinary and cultural experience of Panettone and offer attendees the opportunity to taste and learn about the countless excellences that have made this product one of the highest expressions of Italian Pastry.  Never has an event of this kind been held in the United States. The echo that this will generate will reinforce and re-conceive the experience of Panettone as well as the culture and innovation of new age Italian Pastry.</image:caption>
